2008 Pinot Noir comes from our estate vineyard in the Sonoma Coast Appellation in the region known as the Petaluma Gap. The wine has rich earthy flavors of cheery and plum with a hint of raspberry. The tannins are soft with moderate oak bouquet.

Saltonstall 2008 Sparkling Wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on our Estate in the Sonoma Coast Appellation. Made in the traditional méthode champenoise technique where the secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. The wine is medium dry with delicate raspberry and strawberry notes and an excellent accompaniment to any celebration.

2009 Pinot Noir is a medium bodied wine made from fruit grown in our estate vineyard in the Sonoma Coast Appellation. The wine is rich with spicy flavors of cherries, strawberries and black olives. There is a slight vanillin bouquet from the French Oak aging.

Saltonstall 2009 Sparkling Wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on our Estate in the Sonoma Coast Appellation. 2010 Petaluma Pink is a light, refreshing wine for sunny afternoon sipping or an accompaniment to lunch or appetizers. The off-dry wine has a fruity character that is delightful and easy to enjoy.
